How do I “undownload” particular/specific songs from a playlist?

I downloaded a playlist so I can listen to it offline, however I realized I don’t listen to some of these songs at all (but also don’t want to delete them.. because.) and I want to remove them off my downloads. I can’t find any option to do it on my iPhone. Help?

Hey there!

If these songs are in a playlist you created, you can click on the three dots located at the top right corner, a screen will appear, and then you will press "Edit". From there a red circle will appear on the left of the song title, and you will be able to remove the song that you want.

If this is a playlist that you did not create and the playlist has not been made "Collaborative", you will not be able to edit the playlist. A workaround would be saving the songs on playlists to a new playlist and remove the songs that you would like. Hope this helps! Happy streaming!
