How do we use the family Spotify with only 1 email

How do we use the family Spotify with only 1 email

Hoping someone can help. We have signed up for the Family Spotify package so we can access our playlist on dads phone, mums phone, iPad, iPod. However when we create accounts we have to use different emails. The problem is we don't have different emails e.g we have set Spotify up on the iPad but when mum wants to set it up on her phone it won't let her use the email address again, and she doesn't have another email. What do we do?

Unfortunately, Spotify only allows one Spotify account per email address so you'd have to create a new email address to be able to sign up to Spotify.
