Hey @Ginge97, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

Simply go to your Spotify's account page and use both, Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices (use the latter first).

Then sign back in to your iPhone, go to Settings > Storage and tap on Delete Cache.
