How to disable auto play

I get in the car and Spotify automatically starts up and starts playing. I would like to disable that but don't see it in settings.

How can I disable that?

Same problem for me. Vw sharan 2016.

It always bring up U2 and I have never ever listened to U2 on spotify so it tries to suggest I should change music taste. This happens ALL the time, no exception.
