I’ve gone ahead and tried this on my end, and it looks like you can follow these steps to delete the song from your playlist:
Library > Playlists > Select the playlist > Hover over the song, and swipe “👈” way (Left)

Hey @DeafBlade, welcome to the community.
Hope you’re doing great!
Sorry to hear you’re having issues deleting songs from your playlist, but no worries - I’ll be happy to help.
I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.
If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
I'll see what I can suggest next 🙂

That doesn't work if you have to search for the song. Pretend you have a playlist of several hundred songs and need to search for the one you want to delete from the playlist. If you swipe down to reveal the Filter bar, type in the name of the song, and swipe right, it will add or remove the song from your local library. If you swipe right, it will add it to the queue, so you will hear the song you want to delete again, just making it worse.
The triple-dot options don't have a "remove from playlist" option either.
