How to sync to ipod? after stupidly clicking no to

the 'Erase all ipod and sync with spotify'  option?

i did this by accident the first time i plugged in my new shuffle and the option has never come back!

Can you try exiting spotify and resynching it with itunes. Then try the steps here again. If that doesn't work, you may need to reinstall spotify on your PC.
