How would a single one thumb up affect my radio experience? It can't be canceled

Hi everyone, I like radio because I like the feeling that I can't choose, which means I listen to what the radio station plays to me. So I never give any songs thumbs up or down.

However, just now, I accidently hit a thumb up, and to my surprise, it can't be canceled…

It's a song in the genre radio "50s", and it's the only song in all my Spotify listening history. So I wonder how would a single one thumb up affect my radio experience? Does it change a lot to the playlist? Does it only affect the 50s radio or all the radios?
