I already paid for premium

I paid for the offer that gives you 3 moths for 99 cents. And when i went to "account" on app and it's said "trial free" or "trial premium". It recently notified me that my free trial ended. So now I can't use it premium even though I paid. I went on the Spotify website and went to "account" and it said "subscription - premium" then, I logged out out of everything and when I logged back In into the Spotify website, it currently say Spotify free. My point is that I paid for premium for theee months and only had premium for like a week. Please help!!!

Is it possible you have 2 Spotify accounts and you have the 99 cents Premium on a different account to the one you logged in with?
