I can not change albums

I can not change albums

When I try to change to another album or track - nothing happens.
I am using my iPad - and I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the App.
The app will let me change volume, but as I said above - nothing else.
I hope someone can help me solve this problem so I can enjoy Spotify.

 

The same behavior also applies when I play using the Web Player.

 

Somehow Spotify has me locked in to just plays my very first selection - the classical playlist - over and over.

 

It is driving my batty! Help me anyone.

Hi Claus, can you give me some more information regarding:

 

1. What type of account do you have (Premium/Free)?

2. Does this happen on other devices? 

3. What version of iOS are you running on your iPad?

how is it possible , Its works well at my side .share screen shot here at given link .

The solution was to purchase an upgrade card from Small Green Computers from version 2.7 to 2.8 for my microRendu.

That seems weird. It is unclear how that could have caused this issue you were experiencing but glad to hear that everything is functioning as expected now. 

Nothing weird at all.

As I said in my post, my MicroRendu needed to be upgraded from version 2.7
to 2.8 with a small chip available from Small Green Computers - the
manufacturers of the Rendus.
