I can't add offline content on my Spotify app on iPhone

I can't add offline content on my Spotify app on iPhone

The app says too many devices are connected even if I logged out from all the devices. I'm still unable to add offline content on my iPhone app.

Hey there, 

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

Keep in mind that logging out from previous devices is not the same as removing the downloads. In order for you to be able to download content on your iPhone, you'll need to remove the downloads from previous devices by following the steps in this article

 

In addition to this, the downloaded content on an older device expires after 30 days. When this happens, you should be able to start downloading on the new phone without issues.
