My Question or Issue

i have downloaded a list of

playlist, but, when I don’t have WiFi (not 4G) I cant listen to it, i listen to about 10 seconds and nothing else, please help

Hi @kardashianwet,

Can you try these steps?

1- Turn off your Wi-Fi / Cellular data

2- Close the Spotify app. (from background of your phone, tap twice your home button. You know how to do, rich iPhone user :D)

3- Open the Spotify App again and try to listen "green symboled" songs.

When you cut your internet connection while you're using Spotify, maybe Spotify can't get offline mode.

If problem persists, you can try change the downloaded songs' quality on your Settings. Sometimes we have to restart ourselves, and we go out, take a bath. If there is a problem, Spotify may also need. Re-download it.
