I can't play pink floyd songs on my devices. Iphone, Ipad, Imac.

I can't play pink floyd songs on my devices. Iphone, Ipad, Imac. all the other artists I can reproduce them. my wife on iphone and ipad manages to reproduce the songs of pink floyd.
we have a SPOTIFY DUO subscription.
it's really frustrating because they are my favorite band!
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. log out and re-log in etc etc.
can someone help me?

Sorry to hear this is happening with your favorite band (Pink Floyd are amazing!). There might be something going on with your account settings: would you mind double-checking you didn't accidentally block the band? This would explain how all their songs are unplayable across multiple devices.
