Could you elaborate more on what kind of device you want to remove from where? Is this the Connect Picker we're talking about? If so, we'd recommend following the steps under "Don’t recognize a device?" in this support article. 

 

If the above is not the case, we'd need to know what the device is. You can also post a screenshot of what you're referring to so we can get a better understanding and advise you further.
