I can't run the app since yesterday and I can only see the onboarding logo.

I can't run the app since yesterday and I can only see the onboarding logo.

I delete the application and install it, but it doesn't work.

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one?

 

If this only happens on one specific device, we suggest that you try performing a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. You mentioned that you already tried reinstalling the app, but these steps are more thorough. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
