I can’t turn off shuffle in my ipad playlist

I can’t turn off shuffle for my ipad playlist. I have tried turning it off by going to album art work but shuffle sign still appears next to the play button. It’s really annoying. I have tried to delete, log off and downloading the app again but nothing works.

My installed version is 8.5.55.856. This is really annoying. I had set up a playlist to help with a music quiz I was running with friends during lockdown and this would have wrecked it if I hadn’t noticed beforehand. Fortunately, I was able to use my Android phone to run the quiz. So the question is; who released a version that works only on some platforms?
