I cannot dee my device on my Mac

I have an iPhone 5 and iPad air 2. Recently I've tried to sync music via Spotify but I can't see my device on my Mac. I am sure that they are all connected to the same wifi I shared by my Mac. Even if I connect my iPhone via USB, I still can't see my device pop out on my Mac. I've tried to relaunch and even reinstall the app on my phone and Mac, but it still fails to show the devices. How can I solve this problem?

The devices section will be coming back in a future update.


In the meantime:
You won't be able to see an indication in the desktop client that the device is paired with the desktop client. But as long as they both are on the same WiFi network you should be able to trigger the local files sync by toggling the offline toggle on the playlist on your device. Just make sure that the local files are in a playlist of their own (not just the built in local files playlist) so that this will work.
