I don’t get new Daily Mixes on iPad Pro.

Hello, I’ve been using Spotify (free) on my iPad Pro for more than a year; but I’ve only got two Daily Mixes! A few days ago, I logged in Spotify on my iPhone, and I had about four or five Daily Mixes on it, but only two of them appear on iPad.

Does anybody have any ideas to fix this?

Hey @armoniri, welcome to the community!

 

My first suggestion is that you double check if you're logging in the same account in your iPhone and iPad.

 

If so, please let me know the iOS and Spotify versions on both devices.

Yes, accounts are the same. 

iPad: Latest Spotify version (iOS 11)

iPhone: Latest Spotify version (iOS 10)

Currently, I haven’t installed Spotify on my desktop, but I’ll let you know soon.

Only two Daily Mixes appear on my desktop Spotify.

Hey @armoniri,

 

The Daily Mixes are being based on most recent listening behavior. They may appear or disappear depending on what kind of music is being listened to.

 

Maybe you have listened to less (or perhaps a less varied) music which resulted in a reduction. Could you please double check all your devices again to see if it still shows a different number of DMs?

 

Note that the bigger the variety of music has been listened to in the past few days, the more mixes will appear.
