I'm getting an Error when searching for artists/tracks while not connected to wifi

Description

When I attempt to search for artists/tracks under the Search option, i received a message saying "An error occured" and i'm given the option to try again.  The same message appears immediately after trying to research.  I haven't changed any options before this began occuring.  This problem only occurs while i'm not connected to Wifi.  So I'm getting this error while using spotify on 3G.

1. Typed an artist under the Search option

2. There was an error

3. Tried to research

4. Then same message appeared
