I think my iOS app is so slow..

hey Guys,

i am using Spotify for so long time and I think Spotify turned really bad. On iOS iPhone X 

Two things

- Spotify app started always new when i am not using it for 10 minutes.

- Spotify is slow and takes so long to load my playlist as a sample.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. I'd also recommend updating to iOS 12.0.1 if you haven't already 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
