I've paid but didn't get Premium

Hello!:)

I am from Germany, sorry for my bad english 😄

My problem is that i have paid for Spotify Premium a few hours ago, but i didn'n get the Premium edition. I logged out and in again, bit it did'nt help. 

I did'n get an e-mail for confirmation, too.

i've got an iPhone 6s, if that is important. 

and it also doesn't work on the computer.

I need help 😄
