IOS 9.3.1 on iPhone, can't run spotify to work with BMW iDrive on 2014 F34.

IOS 9.3.1 on iPhone, can't run spotify to work with BMW iDrive on 2014 F34.

Hi,

I recentley updated to the latest iOs version with all my apps up to date. Spotify however doensnt connect to my car true the usb cabel or true the snapin adaptor. My friend, also on iOS 9.3.1 with a different BMW (M5 GC) has nog issues with spotify on his car.

I think it's maybe a problem with my car but spotify does run from an iPad on 9.2. anyone has any sugestion?

Already tried a lot of stuff, resetting my iphone to factory, updating my car's idrive/connected drive..

I must say, I have a brand new iPhone 6, the one on ios9.3.1. My wife has exactly the same phone, only a copple of months older with 9.2.1 and with no issue. I did try my phone in the M6 with no result.. so i'm thinking it must be either my phone or my car software that causes the issue.

Sorry for my bad English!

Any one has the same issue?

Having the same issue with my 2015 BMW 328i. I cannot actually get any of the BMW connectedapps to work. The USB cable I am using is brand new. I've tried three different Iphone 6 models - some of which were restored to factory settings. Nothing works.

The same issue with Toyota touch.

iOS 9.3.2 on iPhone 6s has the same issue on 2013 BMW.  Spotify connects then has an error.  Audio is choppy.  Audible on same phone has no issue.  Spotify worked fine from older iOS.

Same problem in iPhone 5s with iOS 9.3.1. it was working fine for several years in my car (Bmw f31). Think the issue is related to New iOS.
