Can log in to web player but app keeps saying offline

Thanks for reaching out!

I believe your app might be left in Offline mode 🙂 To check if this is the case, do the following:

1. Tap your profile picture at the top.
2. Tap Settings and privacy.
3. Tap Playback.
4. Switch Offline mode off.

In case it's off to begin with, see if toggling it on and off again would make a difference.

Ich habe ein iPhone 14 neu in Betrieb und SPOTIFY auf aktuellem Stand. Kann mich weder über Google, Email, Apple anmelden. Bei allen Versuchen kommt die Meldung ich wäre offline und nicht mit dem Internet verbunden, obwohl ich das bin und in allen Einstellung SPOTIFY bei mir für Internet Daten zugelassen ist.
