IPHONE 5 IS NOT SYNCING FOR OFFLINE MODE

Hi all.

I am using Version 0.9.4.25 of the Spotify App on my iPhone 5 Version 7.1. I have 3.7GB available and I have a premium account. None of my playlists are syncing so that I can listen to them in offline mode. I hit the button "make available offline" on the playlist that I want to sync and nothing whatsoever happens - all the arrows next to the songs remain grey.When I go back to the list of playlists it simply says 0 of 40 tracks synced on the playlist I am trying to download. Please help because my subscription is a total waste of money otherwise.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about this issue?

Are you connected via WiFi or cellular? If it's cellular make sure you have "Download over 2G/3G" on in the settings.

Are the songs local files on your computer or are they from Spotify catalogue?
