Impossible to reach someone at Spotify ?

I have a question about my subscription and I can't find anywhere about contacting Spotify not even an email it's all " talk it over with fans " I bought a subscription for 3 months a long time ago and I lost my phone and wasn't able to use that 3 months free for .99 . I was wondering if they can offer me it again but of course I see now the chances of that are slim to none since Spotify seems to be a robot and doesn't have an email address .
