Instantly removed from group sessions

My Question or Issue

I can't join or create group sessions. Clicking on the join link changes nothing about my spotify player, and when I try to pause/play/skip it says "you have left the group session." The issue persists over the whole account - iOS app, web player on iOS, web player on Windows 11.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

I get that you have issues with the 'Group Session' feature. First off it's good to keep in mind that 'Group Session' is still in Beta, which means it’s being tested and the way it functions could change. 
Next thing to keep in mind is that currently the feature only works for mobile and tablet devices (not the web player).
