I can only see the playlists. Do I need to update to ios 14.2 to access the personal stats (top song etc.)?

Could you try logging out > restart device > log back in? If that doesn't work, try updating the iOS on your device by going to Settings > General > Software Update and let me know if the issue continues after.

Thanks, I updated IOS and it worked. (Side effect: Didn't back it up correctly before and lost access to my last 4 years of data, but that was my fault)
