Iphone 4s disconnects every few seconds as soon as any files are available offline

Hope someone can help, this is driving me nuts!

I have spotify on my ipad, iphone and desktop PC after upgrading to premium earlier this week. Works fine on ipad but the iphone app constantly loses connection (every 3 seconds or so) once logged in. I reinstalled and noticed that it was holding a connection as it should. As soon as I selected any song to be avilable offline, the prom came back. I have repeated the whole process and had the same result.

If I cant have playlists avialable offline, there is no way I'll be continuing with the service.

Does anyone have any sugestions?
