Iphone 7 not syncing local files

I have this weird problem, i had a couple of playlist from my local files from my laptop to spotify and synced to my iphone, suddenly i couldn't played those songs anymore, so i went back to my laptop and the local files had no songs, so i did the whole process to add the songs again.

Problem is now when i tried to sync it back from my laptop to my iphone, i works in the laptop but it doesn't on my iphone, in some cases i can see the songs in light grey on my iphone but cannot play it and others i cannot see the songs,  

Also i don't know if this is related, but i turned off the folders that i have the music for my local files, but the music still there and cannot be deleted.

I tried setting off the windows firewall, erase the folders do it in new ones, but nothing work...please help!
