Iphone not playing music at all

So my I have a premium account and none of my playlists or streamed songs play. If i delete the app and redownload it, the first song i play, wil play til about 2:00 minutes and then it pauses. If i try to change songs the song times and play/pause button completely disappear and nothing happens. I've tried redownloading and downloading and nothing works. What do i do?

Hi. Yep, same issue here, usually get 3 seconds in. Happening on iPhone 4S and Samsung TV App. 😞

I did the free 48 hr. trial, I downloaded 600 + songs, then did the premium subscription for 30 days free, then going to $9.99. Did it all on my iPhone, now can't get anything to play. starred everything. Says I'm signed up for Spotify, then tried to sign up again and my credit card declined because it says it was a risky site. Help...I need this music
