Iphone not showing up in devices/ Unable to sync local files

I just got spotify premium and I follow all the steps to try to sync my local files, but my phone will not show up under devices? Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Have you tried running Spotify desktop as an administrator?

Make sure Spotify is in online mode on your phone and is in the foreground.

Also, I used to find that my AV firewall stopped the 2 from connecting, have you tried temporarily disabling your firewall? Alternatively, you can create a TCP exception for spotify.exe.
