Iphone not synchronising with Mac (desktop)

Hi,

I seem to be experiencing a problem when I add songs to playlists on iPhone.

When I open Spotify on my Mac, the songs I have saved on my iPhone do not syncronise to my desktop. I've reinstalled spotify on my iphone, re-added the songs, but I can still see songs i've added on my iPhone that aren't on my desktop.

There was an earlier thread to put both iPhone and Desktop as 'offline' - this hasn't worked. Any advice would be appricated.

Good luck to get this to work...its been a cancerous issue since well before 2015 and they wont address it....all the fixes and **bleep** they give dont work either...its very random if someone gets its fixed and there is no real methodology on how to fix it.  About to switch to you tube red

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app on both of your devices. Just follow these steps.

Could you also check this Spotify Answer? 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
