Iphone wifi not working

Hello guys, so I have one serious problem here. After water damage my iphone works but without wifi and bluetooth. So I have a quick question here - is it possible somehow to sync music from pc spotify to my damaged iphone that I could listen them in offline mode? Because I dont want to use my 4G to download spotify music. Thank you.

That's no fun! Unfortunately, it's not possible right now to sync Spotify on your phone with your computer. But, you can submit your idea on the Ideas board. Be sure to search before to make sure it doesn't exist already! Let me know if there's anything else.
