Is it possible to see lyrics in offline mode?

I downloaded the Spotify app and the Tunewiki app on my iPod Touch. I have the Spotify Premium trial, so I can listen to the songs in offline mode. However, I don't know how to get the lyrics to show up on the screen. I know that on my computer, I can just click on Tunewiki while the song is playing, but that doesn't seem to work here. Do the lyrics require internet? Is there even a way to make the lyrics from my Spotify tracks display with the song? I think the Tunewiki mobile app only works for songs that I already have in my iTunes library.
