Issues listing to playlist when paying premium

Dear All,

I am paying for spotify premium, however seems there is a bug at your app and i cannot listen to my playlist when offline.

Can you please let me know how to fix the issue or suspende my premium account as I am paying for a service that is not working

Hey @bcamasmie23, welcome to the Spotify Community.

To make sure everything is set right, did you enable the download button for your playlist? If yes, can you take a look at the songs there, there should be a green circle with a downarrow right before the songs.
