My Question or Issue

Since updating the app, I’ve had continual issues swiping tracks to add them to my queue as well as songs playing on repeat when that option was not clicked. When I swipe on a song, it just immediately starts playing it and doesn’t add it to the queue. For the replay button, I had to switch to the no repeat at all instead of replaying the playlist.

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in?


It is also a good idea to clear cached files on your device by following the steps in this article.

 

On another note, we weren't able to reproduce this issue on an iPhone. This makes us think the experience may be related to your particular device. Is it possible for you to test if the app behaves the same way with a different account?
