My Question or Issue

I am reaching out to report an issue with the Spotify app on my iOS devices, namely my iPhone and iPad. The app is not loading properly and I am unable to access my playlists and music library.

I have tried restarting my devices and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists

Here for the same reason.

I was able to

get assistance on Facebook.  I shut my phone off and it works now.
