Just bought Spotify for 3 months, cant connect with cell phone.

Dear Community. I just recognized the offer to get spotify premium for 3 months for just 0,99€ per month. I thought it would be a good offer to test it if its worth the money afterwards. Now I have a problem. I can connect to the internet page of spotify. But i can't connect to my normal account without Facebook because it says something like error code 3 (don't know another translation). Neither I can connect my cell phone with the account, nor my normal spotify.

What can I do? Or better, what's wrong there?

1. Restart your computer and run Spotify again.
2. Check your Internet connection is working and unrestricted.
3. Check your firewalls have Spotify set as an exception. Here are guides to setting exceptions on:
   - Windows Firewall.
   - Norton Symantec.
4. Reinstall Spotify.
5. Reset password
