Just upgraded and Iphone tells me I still need to upgrade?

I just upgraded my account to premium and the app on my iPhone tells me that only premium users can listen to music mobile. I've deleted the app, reloaded it and it's still giving me the same message. How do I fix this?

This is infuriating. I Already paid - can't use on my phone and there's no support number. Can someone please help?

Same problem.  Spotify on my desktop hasn't changed either.

I also have this problem on an Android phone, and still getting ads on the desktop.

 

How long does it take for Premium to become active?  Anyone with active Premium want to answer?
