Liked songs not accessible

I just bought the

Spotify individual plan and as soon as i opened the app 

i cant access my liked songs 

the option is there but its saying try again everytime i try to open liked songs 

the rest of the Spotify features are working good.

Would you mind letting us know if you've already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and could help with this issue.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you give it a try using another device or the web player/desktop app to see if you can replicate this behavior? 

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
