Listening time not updating

I always use spotify with my data and only the date is updating but the hours I listened to is not. The last time the “number of hours” was updated was when there were new songs and I had  to download them, and that was March 25, 2019. I badly needed the update for the hours listened and the date so I hope I can received a feedback regarding this. Thank you.
