Local Files to my phone

I'm trying to convert some youtube songs into Spotify and i got them into my PC. I'm adding the songs to my main playlist, but the song is no where to find on my playlist at my phone. My pc are using a internet cable and my phone are connected to wireless. I have also tried to turn off my firewall, with no luck.
