So I just got a iphone from android and downloading songs from my computer to android had 0 problems and now with apple the songs aren't even showing up like I have a playlist of entierly local file songs from a unreleased album and when I go to that playlist on my phone it doesn't even show up. If it works for android like a charm why can't it work on apple as easy

To add local files to a mobile or tablet you first need to import them via the desktop app, then add them to a playlist to sync to your device.

If after adding them to the desktop app you’re unable to sync them to your mobile or tablet, check the following:

• You must be logged in to the same account on both your desktop and your mobile or tablet.
• Both devices must be connected to the same WiFi network.
• Ensure you have the latest version of the Spotify app installed (on both devices).
• Make sure your device’s firmware is up-to-date.
