Local Tracks sync always says "Pending"

Local Tracks sync always says "Pending"

Description

Every time I try to sync my iPhone with the Spotify Desktop App (Mac), my Local Files playlist attempts to sync but in the end always says "pending" and never finishes a sync. In the Local Files playlist on the Desktop App there are 883 tracks, but the corresponding Local Files playlist on the iPhone app contains only 873 tracks. I've tried unchecking/rechecking the Local Files sources in the Spotify Desktop Preferences and re-initiating a new sync, but the issue didn't go away.

 

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. Connected iPhone to same network as my computer so that my iPhone appeared in the Spotify "Devices" pane

2. Ensured that all playlists were set to sync in Spotify Desktop

3. Allowed the sync to run

4. Observed that all OTHER playlists synced fine (playlists made of ONLY Spotify-database songs), but the Local Files playlist read "Pending."

  

What I expected to happen

All of my Local Files synced like my other playlists

 

What actually happened

There are 10 mystery missing tracks between the Local Files on my desktop and iPhone.
