Local files downloaded on Desktop but do not appear on iOS mobile app

I have local files (not avalible on Spotify) downloaded offline on a desktop playlist which show up and play.

When I open my mobile app on iOS it says the playlist has 27 songs (same number as the desktop playlist) but only the songs avaliable on Spotify show up, the remaining songs are missing. 

I've reinstalled the mobile app.

I have the exact same issue. Also reinstalled both the iOS and Mac apps.
