Local files not available

Hi,

 

I have a track that I'd like to add to a playlist that is in my iTunes/local on my MacBook Pro. I've gone through the workarounds for this but for somereason it won't appear on any other devices that I'm logged into. 

 

I can see the playlist, just not the one specific track.

 

I'm connected to the same wifi etc. Logged out and in again. Put it in a different folder and linked to that.

Any help would be appreciated. 

 

Premium. UK. Device. (iPhone 7, iPad Pro, Macbook Pro late 2018). Operating System (iOS 10, Mojave)
