Local files not downloading on phone

Hello. I´ve tried so many solutions but nothing works for me.

The local file won't download on my device! It looks like this. 

It's waiting to download forever. 

What can i do? 

I´ve tried everything!

Hi! It looks like your local files are stuck on "waiting to download". Could you try giving your internet router a quick restart to see if that fixes things? If that doesn't work, try connecting all your devices to a different WiFi network. That might just do the trick.

If neither of those help, you might want to check if your connection has restrictions. If you have any firewalls or antivirus software, it's also worth disabling them temporarly to see if that helps
