Local files not syncing, no matter what I do

I have seriosuly tried everything I can think of, reinstalling spotify on my phone and mac. Changing the source of the files, from downloads to specific folders. Even added em' to itunes and tried to get it that way.

Now sure, the files show up in both "local files" and the playlist, and can both be played. 

On my phone however, I can see the playlist, with the tracks blurred over. But on the local tab it just says I need to install spotify on my computer. 

Same wifi, no wifi, new playlist, new source, just nope. Nothing seems to matter.

Please, I really want to listen to some Tool on the go. And no, I will not open up the itunes music app just to do so. This should work..
