Local files on Mac got wiped and I still have those files on my iPhone - what to do

Hey there, my Mac has recently been hacked so it has been wiped clean. My iPhone was spared and i still have all the playlist previously saved from the local files from Mac on my iPhone. What can I do so these playlists won't be removed when I syncronhnize my Spotify accounts on iPhone with Mac?
