Local files won't play on iOS, but play fine on PC

I have a CD (Garth Brooks) that I am trying to add to my local files so that I can play it on my iPhone, since Spotify doesn't have any Garth Brooks music. The files are not protected, they transfer to Spotify on my PC and play on it just fine. I created a "Garth Brooks" playlist that consists of 34 songs, made them available for offline use, but when I go on my phone it only lists 7 songs, and they aren't the originals, they're "a salute to Garth Brooks" and it's another artist that sings them (not at all what I want). Is there anyway I can get this music to actually the original song on my iPhone? I've already tried unlinking them, it does nothing on the phone itself.
