Logged in and am getting someone else’s scanchy music. Help! Gie me a # to call!

I logged in.  I went to get one of my play lists and there is all of this horrible music that is not what I’ve downloaded.  Give me a number to call someone,  This is just ridiculous that we pay every month and can’t speak to a person.  Horrible!
